New Day is significant because it was the first attempt at a studio recording and the second song written by the groups’ strongman “Mirror”, having already written “My head is anointed with joy”. This first song though, was still a nerve racking undertaking although they were well rehearsed and knowledgeable in their craft.
“New Day” still is the signature tune of Link&Chain and is unmistakable, it’s awesome presence, still leave goose bumps every time its’ played.
