“The exciting keyboard intro of this track is really interesting and lasts for just the right amount of time. This track also sticks to the Jamaican/ African style of music. Is this by LINK AND CHAIN? I really like the groovy and upbeat aspects of their music and this reminds me of that. The background music sticks to the traditional tempo and beat. The only thing that could be improved is to maybe change the dynamics up and really surprise the listener with something different. I like the instrumental parts of the song as they add some depth into the song.”
Fantastic reggae song with great lyrics and singer. The rhythm is well done with the vocals. I could listen to this again and again. It is a great mix of reggae beat meets reggae soulful lyrics. The tone is consistent throughout the song. Overall I would recommend this track to any reggae lover like me!” .
“Very tasteful and smooth introduction. I like the different combinations of the instruments, all of which are balanced and help the listener to feel good. When the singing starts, it matches with the smooth vibe. You can understand all of what the artist is saying, and that clarity is key for their message to be communicated. This song makes the listener think, which also helps to convey the message. Very smooth and relaxing song.”.
lyrics
This a long road over hill and valleys
Mountain we have to climb
This a long road over hills and valleys
Far, far, far, from home
and we're searching to find Justice
I'm still searching to find Justice
You know the bible tells me to seek he
First the kingdom of Jah then everything
would be added unto you
Seek and you will find knock it shall be
open onto you
We're trodding leaving Babylon aint no looking back
aint no going back
We're trodding leaving Babylon aint no looking back
and when we're tired we take a rest
when we're hungry jah will provide
yes he will provide Rastafari will provide
This a long road over hill and valleys
Mountain we have to climb
This a long road over hills and valleys
Far, far, far, from home
You know the bible tells me to seek he
First the kingdom of Jah then everything
would be added unto you
Seek and you will find knock it shall be
open onto you
We're trodding leaving Babylon aint no looking back
aint no going back
We're trodding leaving Babylon aint no looking back
and when we're tired we take a rest
when we're hungry jah will provide
yes he will provide Rastafari will provide
This a long, long, long, long road over hill and valleys
This a long, long, long, long, road over hills and valleys
This a long, long, long, ,long, road over hill and valleys
This a long, long, long, long, road over hills and valleys.
